Step-by-Step ENROLLMENT Process
Schedule a Campus Tour or Info Session
Book a campus tour here https://calendly.com/katie_admissions (you can also get a headstart on your financial aid application by going to studentaid.gov and completing the 25-26 FAFSA. Add our school code 013828
Come see what Cal Beauty College is all about. You’ll get a tour of our classrooms and student salon, meet instructors, and get your questions answered in person.

Complete the Financial Aid Application/talk to Financial Aid about payment plans
Come in and get a financial aid estimate to see if and how much aid youll qualify for. If your fafsa is already filled out at the time of your tour we can give you an estimate that day 🙂
You can fill out your application online or on campus. We’ll walk you through it — no stress, no pressure.
What you’ll need:
- A valid ID
- Social Security Number or ITIN
- High School Diploma, GED, Official Transcripts or equivalent (Official transcripts can be ordered through parchment.com for most highschools)
Don’t have all your documents yet? Don’t worry — talk to admissions. We’ll help you get everything in order.

Meet with Admissions
Enroll, schedule an appt to pick your program and sign your enrollment agreement.
We’ll go over:
- Which program is the best fit (Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Nails)
- Your schedule options (full-time, part-time)
What to expect in class and the student salon

Apply for FINANCIAL AID (If needed)
Our team can guide you through the process of applying for Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA) and other tuition options.
We’ll explain everything clearly and help you figure out a plan that works for you.
